New York, Dec 15: Sports legends Greg Norman and Chris Evert are engaged, the pair announced at a press conference recently.
Tennis ace Evert and top golfer Norman revealed the news at a press meet for the South African Open, where Evert came sporting a huge diamond on her finger.
"We were engaged on Sunday night coming over here, en route to South Africa," the New York Post quoted Evert, as telling the reporters.
The engagement happened a little more than a year later after they have divorced their respective partners.
Evert, the winner of 18 grand slam singles titles, split from her second husband Andy Mill, while Norman separated from his ex wife Laura Andrassy in 2006.
